5 out of 5 stars superb, must-have barrel   August 10, 2008

this is my new standard barrel. I use a Custom Pro with A.C.T., and shoot RPS Premium paint with CO2. For a while, i used the stock barrel with the Pro, which is quite good; the balls shoot far and accurately. however, with Premium balls, they will not break on impact at distances farther than 25 yards....hm. Then i got this barrel... balls shoot even straighter at farther distances, and BREAK ON IMPACT! Somehow, this barrel gives the balls that extra "umph" needed to paint your opponents with your glorifying signature color! Grade A barrel for woods or scenario ballin', but may be a little TOO powerful for real close combat.

Bottom line; GET IT! it'll alleviate your frustrations with balls not breaking! And shoots straight as an arrow! Thou shalt not regret thy purchase!

My friend has this barrel and says I should get it. I'm planning on getting it but I have a question. Does this barrel fit onto "Spyder" guns?

4 out of 5 stars flatline vs 16" sniper barrel   January 13, 2009

I have a flatline barrel, it is not rifled, but it is curved. It shoots hard and far but curves balls up and right and left. The sniper barrel is better straighter.I would like to try rifled barrel though.

4 out of 5 stars Better than flatline   February 18, 2009

Used to have a 98 custom with a rifled barrel which was excellent. Now have this for my A-5. Good barrel that controls the flight of the paintball decently. If however you have a ball break it is a pain to clean.(no were near ar bad as the flatline) The venting holes fill with paint and can cause further breaks. So to combat this be sure you have a rubber squeegee and a cloth squeegee. I am not saying this barrel bust paint only that if a ball does bust be ready to clean it properly or you are in for a long day. Better than flatline easily

3 out of 5 stars Is a good barrel for the money, but,   March 8, 2010

the accuracy is really good, but the range isnt that much of a improvement from the normal stock barrel, if you are looking for far distance shooting the flatline might be better
